A board of advisors debates your decision: Roast Room
A free skill for Claude Code that puts any business decision in front of 7 advisors, each built from a real person's content: Hormozi, Buffett, Bezos and others. They debate, score every option, and give you a final verdict and a PDF report.
① What is Roast Room?
7advisors
3rounds
PDFdecision report
The board:Bezos, Paul Graham, Hormozi, Gary Vee, Dan Martell, Gino Wickman, Buffett, plus extra advisors the chair brings in when your question needs them.
Each advisor is an AI agent: built from their public videos, articles, letters and books, so it thinks with the same frameworks and style.
Claude chairs the session: it asks you clarifying questions, picks the board, and runs 3 rounds: opinions, debate, scoring.
No flattery: if they agree too fast, it forces a real debate.
The result: a final verdict, a score for each option, and a full report you can download as a PDF.
You need: Claude Code (included in your Claude subscription, no API key) and Node.js 20 or newer.
In the terminal
git clone https://github.com/nateherkai/roast-room.git
cd roast-room
npm start
Open http://localhost:4730 in your browser and leave it running. This is the room where you watch the advisors around the table.
Open a second terminal in the same folder.
③ Run it
In the second terminal
claude
/roast-room Should I raise my prices by 20%?
Write your decision after the command in any language. What matters is that it is clear and includes your numbers.
--quick: only 4 advisors and 2 rounds. Faster and lighter on your usage.
--seats hormozi, buffett: you pick the advisors yourself.
--all: the whole board.
The short verdict appears in Claude, the full report goes into the sessions folder, and you can download it as a PDF from the room in one click.
④ Add any advisor you want
Example
/newroaster Morgan Housel
It gathers their public content, extracts their frameworks and principles, checks the quotes are accurate, and adds them to the board. There are 3 depth levels: quick, standard, deep.
⑤ Example decisions to bring to the board
I run a (type of business) and make about (amount) a month. I'm thinking of raising my prices by 20%, and most of my customers are (describe them). What options should I bring to the board? Write them as clear options A, B and C.
I'm thinking of opening a second branch in (city). Put the decision to the board, and focus on the risks that could make me lose everything.
I have two ideas for a new product: (idea one) and (idea two). Have the board score both and tell me which to start with.
⑥ Good to know
🎭 Simulation: the advisors are simulations built from public content, not the real people, and they do not represent them.
⚡ Usage: the full board runs about 21 sub-agents, which uses up your subscription allowance. Start with --quick.
🧠 The decision is yours: use it to see angles you had not considered, not as a replacement for your business's real numbers.
