Who we are

Nadr (Nadr.ai) is a brand of Nova Step LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data collected on the nadr.ai websites.

What we collect, and why

1. Weekly email: your email address, where you signed up (a page on our site, or an Instagram message after you commented on a reel, and which reel), your language, and when you subscribed and confirmed. We use these to send the guide you asked for and the email you agreed to (guides, tools and offers for the Nadr community). Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
2. Private consultation and Intensive applications: your name, email and answers to the booking or application questions, your approximate country (from your IP address), and appointment and payment details. After the call: the recording, its summary, your plan, and any files or messages you send on your plan page. We use these to review your request, deliver the service and perform our contract with you.
3. Site analytics and ads: we use tools from Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits and sign-ups and show our ads to people who visited the site. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers.

Artificial intelligence

We use Claude by Anthropic to prepare a summary before a consultation call and to suggest reply drafts from your answers. Moujtaba reviews everything before it reaches you. We do not use your data to train any model.

Call recordings and testimonials

Consultation calls on Zoom are recorded only after we tell you and you agree, so we can prepare your plan. We never publish your review or a video of you without your explicit consent, and only with your first name.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers working for us: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Zoom (calls), Calendly (available times), Anthropic (AI), Microsoft (email), SuperProfile (Instagram message automation), Kit (receives your email from Instagram messages and passes it to us only; it sends you nothing) and the analytics tools above. Some of them are outside your country; we choose providers that commit to protecting data. Instagram messages themselves run on Meta's platform under Meta's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Weekly email: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep your address on a suppression list only, so you're never emailed again. If you never confirm, we delete your address within 30 days. Consultation and payment records: as long as the law requires for financial records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or withdraw your email consent at any time. Send your request to:

Age

Our websites and services are for people aged 18 and over.

The Nadr community on Skool

Membership of the Nadr community runs on Skool, whose own privacy policy also applies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above, and we tell subscribers by email if the change is significant.
